90 watt LED of HID grow lights?

Due to the bad weather in my area I find it very challenging to grow outside, but I love to garden. I was just doing some research and I stumbled upon two light choices that I would be interested in. A 90 watt UFO grow light or a 400 watt HPS/MH bulb system. My grow room isn't very big and I'm curious to see what people think.
