World of war craft cataclysm?

I am a lvl 85 protection pally, i want to start tanking for cata heriocs but i dont know what the best armor is to get should i quest for armor get jp armor or pvp armor im confused on which to get first so that i can get better armor from there on like the t11 armor what should i do?
