Can't Think of the Band's Name. Help?

i heard a song back in 2006 or 2007, by this band that had the spanish accent that most bands from spain have. i heard this band on mun2. they were poppy yet with some mix of electronic influence. they had a music video with 4 or 5 bands members. they wore makeup like mascara and stuff and were a bit eccentric, i believe it was 3 males and one girl (all wore make up). their first video was like a imaginative silly and creative video a bit like lily allen's "the fear" video. they were featured on mun2 again with another video in 2010. thier band name was one word but i cant remember. they main singer is skinny male and wears mascara and has black hair. please help. its not belenova for sure.
