Need Advice On World of Warcraft?

Ok so my current server is Drak'Tharon and im really wanting to switch to a more populated server right now i have a lev 24 warrior and a lev 16 pally and am planning on making my pally into my main but i want to switch servers when im higher. And i know most people will say reroll but like ive spent a lot of time into my warrior and pally and don't really fell like going through all the beginning quests and stuff again.+
