Is there a way to make a macro on World of Warcraft that /yells something when I kill something in PvP or PvE?

like when I kill a Pally in PvP in the Battle for Gilneas, like it can say "HA! HARDLY WORGEN ******!" or like PvE be like "BOOYAH MY KILL! SUCK IT TANK!"
