World of warcraft level 60 twink help?

first off don't tell me its the player skill i know that i just want to know which one is better with equal skill and gear ok..so i want to start a level 60 twink pally or war and i will be prot for the raids ret or arms for dps and pvp but i just need you to tell me which is a better tank overall not easiest or funner Just overall best then i need to know the same for the DPS
