Does the government have Aliens in testing?

Rumors have it that the Government and FBI or whatever have Aliens held captive and are being tested on. Is this true? It happened since that UFO crash and they blocked it off and seen inside. and are the pictures real that people show of the aliens on the tables ? and how do you know :((( so confusing
