DOES USA GOVERNMENT DO EXTRATERRESTRIAL EXPERIMENTS AND HIDE THEM FROM SOCIETY?

well as i think ,the ufo ,we have known as extra terrestrial life forms are visiting the earth ,i think the usa government know them and had contacted them as well,so im suggesting usa government are friendlies with another life forms and hiding from us,and that makes them realize that WE ARE NOT ALONE!
