weather balloons don't behave like that, that i'm certain of, they can be seen behind the clouds, so that rules out that someone is projecting an image, they appear to be intelligently controlled according to the movements they make, and it was witnessed by several people, and by the way, there is no such thing as mass hallucinations as some in the science world would like to believe, the only thing that is challenged is what you close your mind to, I would say this is great evidence of other worldly or dimensional beings, I think humanity needs to come out of the closet on this, the closer to accepting this fact, is the closer we understand.
