Has anyone seen this UFO?

I've seen this UFO outside my window for the past few months and I'm scared it might do something. It's really bright during the night and has a very slow cloaking device. It is fully there for a few days, then disappears slowly for a couple weeks. Then it comes back over another two weeks. It's really easy to see and I was wondering if anyone else has seen it. And should I call the police or anything because the UFO is just hanging there and it might do something?
