How do I contact my inner alien?

I heard that there are Aliens living somewhere in Jamaica so I am on a quest to become one of them. I believe I can communicate with them through my "antenas" i have, which aren't real until they form into real ones. I suppose when all my alien family was born and taken to Earth I may have accidentally fallen out of the UFO and landed myself in Nevada. I think my skin is already turning green so hopefully that is a sign that my Alien Pack is searching for me and will turn me into a full alien. Until they locate me, how do I channel my inner true alien?
