Is it safe to write an address for someone else?

i live in the city and a guy just asked me if i could write down an address for him on a package he was sending. he told me he had hurt his writing hand and couldn't write down the his wife's address. i'm nice so i did. and now this package has the address written in my hand writing. i mean, he had a middle eastern accent but i think racism is wrong so i wasn't about to question it just because of an accent. do you think this is going to come back to haunt me?
