Paladin realm change? World of Warcraft?

I have a level 77 tauren paladin with full pvp gear on the low population server "Gul'dan" with a bit over a week playing time.I want to change realms to "Darkspear" so I can be with my two friends who are death knights (one level 85 and the other around 68). My question is should I bite the bullet and transfer my tauren paladin or make a new blood elf paladin? I think I like the cosmetics of blood elves better then tauren but I I'm not a fan of completely restarting my pally again. Also, I could probobly level with triple experience if I restart because of RaF, but that can be annoying because you both have to be online the entire time. Please help!
