What are some good heal add ons for WoW?

I have a 85 holy pally and resto shaman; both nicely geared. I thought I was doing great on healing until I decided to join a guild more focused on raiding. Then I so quickly learned last night.... I need to get my act together. I've been running with healbot, but honestly I really only use it for cleansing/flash of light. Is there another healing add on that's more simple
