What should an average lvl 20 disapline priest's stats be( world of warcraft)?

New to playing a priest I think I'm doing pritty good but idk if my heals and everything is Where they should be or exaclty were I want them I know they main stats are spirit and intel. So would love for some help maybe a great link and or videos and tips I know the basics just want to learn alil more. Oh yeah should pw;s be used on the tank if its a pally? Or never be used on tank
